The Supported Decision-Making Agreement Act is truly a civil rights bill  for people with IDD, embracing  supported decision-making as an alternative to guardianship and  preventing discrimination against decisions made by people with IDD.

Future Care Planning Services helps families understand options for legal planning, including Trusts, review of legal documents, including Wills, Representative Payee Information, 17-A Guardianship assistance, and Burial Funding information.

End of Life Choices New York seeks to expand end of life options,  and improve end of life care, so New Yorkers can have good quality of  life at the end of life, and receive care in alignment with their wishes  and values.  

If you run errands, prepare meals, drive loved ones to appointments or  more, you are a caregiver & there are supports for you! 

 We are a group that believes the time has come to change the way services are designed, delivered, and financed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are eligible for Medicaid or dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.  

WE💖CARE is an eight-week curriculum that aims to empower mutual caregivers with
developmental disabilities nationwide, fostering the capacity to provide essential care
and maintain home safety while aging in place.

The Association on Aging with Developmental Disabilities (AADD) has a primary objective of bringing the aging  and developmental disability fields together to create and provide best  practices for people aging with developmental disabilities.
